These guys may not have the amazing American flag windbreaker as the guy from the other day, but they still have lots of stuff going for them.

What’s perhaps most incredible about this video is the fact that it’s not one of those classic late 80′s, early 90′s videos from a bygone era when people “just didn’t know any better.” Based on the appearance of the MacBook Pro in the beginning and their own reference to the Tea Party this epic song was written and recorded in the past couple of years.

Which means those outfits, haircuts, and dance moves were also chosen within the past couple of years.

Anyway, sit back, relax, and plug in your ears enjoy this sure to be classic song about America “returning” to the things she once believed.

I’m not sure why seeing this commercial would make you want to attend this church.

It definitely had the opposite effect on me. Maybe that’s just because I’m not very good at doing the “Holy Ghost Hokey Pokey“.

Jesus vs. Satan

Almighty Admin —  April 28, 2011 — 2 Comments

Some people have waaayyyy too much time on their hands.

As seen in this epic Jesus vs. Satan stick figure animation battle royale.

WARNING: This is probably going to be the strangest thing you will see all day

This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise.

After all it starred Morgan Freeman as the “President”, obviously a metaphor for God since he ALWAYS plays God in movies including movies in which he technically isn’t playing God. And Elijah Wood was the kid that “saved” the day. Not coincidently Mr. Wood also played the “messanic” Frodo Baggins in Lord of the Rings who saves the world by casting the one ring into the fires of Mt. Doom.

What’s really important in all of this is: THE THIRD EAGLE IS BACK!!!

After a long hiatus the “Co-prophet of the End Times” has returned with new revelations and this time he’s armed…..with a chainsaw and wood cutting machine of some sort. Man can that guy chop some wood.

I’m sure Elvis would be mortified proud.

We are currently in the process of updating  The American Jesus giving it a fresh new look and adding some important features.

So, if you have any problems accessing the site tonight, then please be patient as we make things better than ever.

And a BIG THANKS to everyone that has been following us! We wouldn’t be upgrading things if it wasn’t for YOUR support!

Franklin Graham: You’ll see Jesus’ return on Twitter, YouTube

By Cathy Lynn Grossman, USA TODAY

Charge your batteries, folks. You won’t want to miss the Second Coming of Christ, arriving on the clouds, on Twitter or YouTube.

Evangelist Franklin Graham tells ABC’s This Week host Christiane Amanpour:

The Bible says that every eye is going to see (the second coming). How is the whole world going to see (Jesus Christ) all at one time? I don’t know, unless all of a sudden everybody’s taking pictures and it’s on the media worldwide. I don’t know. Social media could have a big part in that…

Everybody’s got their phone up and everybody’s taking recordings and posting it on YouTube and whatever and sending it to you, and it gets shown around the world.”

Maybe this is not a surprising conclusion by the son of Billy Graham, the now-retired world-traveling evangelist who made a global mark using every medium available to spread the Good News.

Peep Pressure

Wes —  April 25, 2011 — Leave a comment

I’m going to be honest.  I have no idea what this video is trying to communicate.  ”Peer pressure is dangerous, but hey- maybe use it to invite people to church“?

Regardless, it combines two of my favorite things: 1.) Peeps, and 2.) Seeing what happens when you microwave random stuff.  Enjoy!

If you ask me, this video is “eggstremely” awesome.  Particularly, the evil laugh that the “kleptomaniEGG” displays throughout.
